Overview: Re³markable Rewards is a Recognition program designed specifically for the Mid-Atlantic Zone. Re³markable Rewards is available to all eligible employees of the Mid-Atlantic Zone (Mid-Atlantic = former Mid-Atlantic employees, Business Lines Atlanta OC and Eastern Market P&A employees). All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this application are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and consistent with the intent of the Re³markable Rewards program. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Eligibility: Eligibility to participate in the Re³markable Rewards program is limited to current non-management employees reporting to the Mid-Atlantic Zone. Employees not eligible include Agency Interns, ESP employees, Employees of Future Agents (EFAs), Seasonal or Temporary employees and AFCs. Participation in the program ceases when eligibility is severed.

Program Year: Participants can earn Re³markable points January through October.

Redemption Period: On-the-Spot awards will be processed between November 1 and December 8 for eligible awards based on points earned as of October 31.

Severed Eligibility prior to the end of the program year: Points earned in the program are forfeited upon the effective date of any voluntary/involuntary termination (see exceptions below). No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of points is available after eligibility is severed.

Exceptions include the following:

Reason	Action
Company initiated termination due to an approved transition plan or retirement	Value of points earned as of effective date of termination will be paid as an On-the-Spot award.
Employee/Company initiated change to a position/reporting structure not eligible for participation in the program	Value of points earned as of effective date of the change will be paid as an On-the-Spot award.

Program Changes: State Farm reserves the right, without prior notice, to make changes or discontinue the program and/or these terms and conditions at any time. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the availability of points, or the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by the Re³markable Rewards program administrator and the Mid-Atlantic Zone.

Participant Enrollment: Each eligible participant will be automatically enrolled in the Re³markable Rewards program using his or her Associate ID to gain access to the program web site. Upon initial login, participants will use their State Farm email address as their user ID and will set a personal password.

Redemption of Re³markable Points:

• No action is required by employees to redeem points
• On-the-Spot awards will be processed between November 1 and December 8 for eligible awards based on points earned as of October 31.
• Employees can view their total points earned at any time by selecting “my account”.
• A minimum of 10 points must be earned to receive an On-the-Spot cash award.
• Redemption examples:
  • Less than 10 points earned = no award available
  • 54 points earned = $54 On-the-Spot award
  • 77 points earned = $77 On-the-Spot award
  • 123 points earned = 1 $100 and 1 $23 On-the-Spot award
• Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for through the redemption process for On-the-Spot awards

Reward Processing: Current On-the-Spot award processing procedures will be used to process all awards.

On-the-Spot Award Taxes: On-the-Spot Awards are treated as taxable income to the recipient. By "grossing up" the award, State Farm is paying the applicable taxes on behalf of the employee so that he or she will receive the total award amount given.

Termination of Program: The Mid-Atlantic Zone reserves the right to terminate the Re³markable Rewards program at any time. If the program is terminated, a final redemption period will be announced for any unredeemed points.

Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to redeem their points during the redemption period.

Re³markable Quizzes: From time to time, a Re³markable quiz may appear on the website to promote Customer Experience learning and participation in the Re³markable Rewards program. Participation in quizzes may enable participants to earn additional Re³markable points. No more than 4 quizzes per year will be available. Quizzes can be terminated at any time.

Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of State Farm Mid-Atlantic Zone. The information collected on this web site will be used solely by the Mid-Atlantic Zone in connection with the Re³markable Rewards program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to any other parties.
